Byrd and Agent 9, the speedway levels are just as frustrating in this game as they are in the first game and Ripto’s Rage, the Sorcerous is very bland and uninteresting, both of her boss battles are frustrating, and don’t even get mty STARTED on the Sparx levels. Some things I DON’T like in this game are the tank battle in Haunted Tomb (actually, the entire level is my LEAST favorite level in the entire game), I DREAD playing as Sgt.
I like the skateboarding mini games, playing as Shiela and Bentley, the dueling dragon mini boss fight, the romance between Hunter and Bianca, the designs of some of the levels, how cute some of the baby dragons are, and my personal favorite, getting sweet revenge on my LEAST favorite video game character of all time…Moneybags, and getting all your gems back from him. This is honestly my LEAST favorite game in the original trilogy. Also this game sees the return of a locked chest, slightly different in appearence from the first game, but you will still need to find a key to open them.Īnyway, on with the walkthrough, and on to Sunrise Spring!
However here you get gems from killing the Rhynocs whereas in Avalar they released a Spirit Particle. The same containers for the gems as in Avalar. Strange how they have the Avalar set of gems rather than the Dragon Realms set, maybe the Sorceress had the GemCutters in from Avalar though. Strangely because Avalar and The Forgotten Worlds are most likely further away from each other then the Dragon Realms is from the Forgotten Worlds. Gems are strangely identical to the last game.
